I picked up a beautiful CPO 2018 Cayman from Porsche Riverside. Joshua Vigil and Tony Nguyen were super helpful throughout the purchase process and extremely responsive. I was able to easily schedule Riverside. Joshua Vigil and Tony Nguyen were super helpful throughout the purchase process and extremely responsive. I was able to easily schedule a virtual appointment to view the car via video tour. Jeremy Bishop in finance was excellent at presenting the various financing and warranty options to me as well. It was obvious to me that the folks at Riverside are passionate and knowledgable about Porsche. More

The only problem I felt with my salesperson was the fact that he had very little knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. He had time to gather information on the vehicle in my estimation. #1 The vehicle that he had very little knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. He had time to gather information on the vehicle in my estimation. #1 The vehicle had been on the lot for over a month. #2 I came to the dealership 3 times to look at the vehicle. He could have become a little more knowledgeable about the specs on the car. He didn’t know how to use a lot of the vehicle components. I guess if I was buying a Porsche my buying experience would have been different. Overall he was a very patient and tried really hard to be helpful. He won me over and I am happy with my purchase. More
