The service/ parts department can do better --> this dealer is difficult to communicate with as it relies on AI and a online app to book appointments. A 8:30am waiting appointment wasn't brought in till dealer is difficult to communicate with as it relies on AI and a online app to book appointments. A 8:30am waiting appointment wasn't brought in till after 11 to have tire sensors installed to clear a dash alarm. 4.5 hrs later the tires were inflated to 80psi (manufacturer maximum inflation was 65psi). The low pressure threshold wasn't adjusted so there is still the alarm because I lowered the air pressure to the recommended range. Parts that were supposed to be ordered over a month ago to address 2 failed lojack units wasn't done and was told those had to be ordered (again). One of the new vehicles has been in 3x to fix issues and has to go back again. The sales department is outstanding and has helped make things right long after the sale.. Great job.. I'll buy from here again. More

When i finally got home there was smoke coming out my twenty minutes to finish. When i got in my car after the oil change it smelled a lot like oil. When i finally got home there was smoke coming out my car. My husband checked it out and it looked as if oil was spilled and it was tried to be covered up by them washing the engine. Not happy at all with the service. More

I had an outstanding experience at Southern Dodge in Newport News. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the buying process quick and stress-free. I ended up purchasing two vehicles becau Newport News. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the buying process quick and stress-free. I ended up purchasing two vehicles because of how great the service was and the quality of the deals they offered. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and honest—no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight answers and a real willingness to help. They made sure both vehicles were detailed, fueled, and ready to go, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers on its promises, I highly recommend Southern Dodge of Newport News. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new vehicles! More
