Margarita was my service manager who went above and beyond providing me with excellent service on my 2013 Jeep Cherokee. She was patient, kind and most helpful in handling all concerns about my 4 wheel beyond providing me with excellent service on my 2013 Jeep Cherokee. She was patient, kind and most helpful in handling all concerns about my 4 wheel drive problem. When I went to pick up my Jeep upon completion- I found a large scratch on the right front bumper that was not there when I brought it in. Margarita took responsibility for the scratch happening while at the dealership and I appreciated her honesty greatly. Cleon then came out and inspected the scratch and took care of the problem immediately. He then offered to wash the Jeep and upon completion I was on my way in a clean, safe and reliable car once again. I thank all at Chrysler Jeep Dealership for their patience, helpfullness and honesty. It was a pleasure doing business with you. More

They charged me $1000 for a repair that did not fix the problem. I was told it was a evap system failure and would need new parts that would cost $1000 dollars. The check engine light came back on 3 days l problem. I was told it was a evap system failure and would need new parts that would cost $1000 dollars. The check engine light came back on 3 days later. I took the truck to autozone instead because if I took the truck back to the dealership it would cost me another $300 dollars just to have them look at it again. Autozone said it was the same failure and recommended me a new gas cap, which fixed the problem. Would not recommend going to this dealership for anything other than an oil change. More
