Purchased a use vehicle from Allen Chevy months ago. First impression was good, everyone was very friendly. Only issue was the rush they put on me after putting down a deposit on the vehicle. Sales rep First impression was good, everyone was very friendly. Only issue was the rush they put on me after putting down a deposit on the vehicle. Sales rep was aware still needed to finish the paper work from the bank. Honestly I did not like being rushed the following Monday and Tuesday after to have everything done then because they were not going to be in town the following Saturday. The rep called the bank also to rush them. Spoke to Mike Allen,he was great when I talked to him about about myself and the bank being rushed and pressured. He was aware on the process and said to not worry and to contact him once the bank and I get everything sorted out and ready to sign the following Saturday. Which we did. Would go back if was not a couple hours away, work with a different sales rep or Mike next time. the professionalism could have been better by the sales rep. More
