I came to the United States of America in September 2007 from my motherland, Thailand, for a cultural exchange program. It's a big decision I made for myself to be here without knowing anyone. I got into the automotive industry after I graduated MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio in 2012. I have a passion for diversity, travel, food, and music. This is the fourth time I've leased from Roush Honda and I have always had a very positive experience with them. The last two times I was helped by Josie Junjajan and she is always cheerful and helpful (an I have always had a very positive experience with them. I've had my car serviced there and even had to visit the body shop and I can say that I've never had a negative experience or been talked down to. We do all of our car service at Roush so stopped in when looking for a car. Weren’t sure whether we wanted to but a used car or lease a new car. Hayley and Josie were both very helpful and we determined t looking for a car. Weren’t sure whether we wanted to but a used car or lease a new car. Hayley and Josie were both very helpful and we determined that a lease made the most sense for us financially at this time. Josie was patient and answered all of our questions. We felt that we got a fair deal and are extremely happy with our new CR-V that we drove home three days later! More
