I was traveling on I-80 and experienced performance issue with my vehicle and the engine light came on. I searched for a nearby Ford dealer and was fortunate to be only 10 miles from Auto Park Ford. When I e with my vehicle and the engine light came on. I searched for a nearby Ford dealer and was fortunate to be only 10 miles from Auto Park Ford. When I entered the service department, there was another customer being helped. Service Advisor Josie Parker (who was the only service advisor working that day due to a winter storm), quickly let me know that she’d be with me shortly. Within 5 minutes, I was talking with Ms. Parker explaining what the issue was, and whether they would be able to take a look and let me know what was happening. She let me know that the service technician was working on another vehicle, but that my vehicle would be next, and that I could wait inside the dealership. Within about 30-40 minutes, she called my name and let me know what was happening with my vehicle. Fortunately it would be a fairly easy fix, but as I was traveling I would not be able to wait for a weekday to schedule service. The team assured me that it would be safe to drive. Ms.Parker also mentioned that she had adjusted the air pressure in all tires to the appropriate level. I was SO impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness of the service department, and in particular Ms Josie Parker. Unfortunately I don’t live close enough to have my vehicle regularly serviced at Auto Park Ford, but I will absolutely consider buying from this dealership in the future. Well done and thank you! They were all awesome but especially Sommer Nichols she treated us like family with the utter most respect she was there for us every step of the way, she is a gem ford and her manager can be vary proud to treated us like family with the utter most respect she was there for us every step of the way, she is a gem ford and her manager can be vary proud to have her, also the manager and Jose, we didn't run into any problems with anyone here at this dealership everyone seemed happy with there jobs, vary comfortable clean atmosphere. We have felt with Battle creek and Coldwater and would never set foot in them two dealerships again. Auto Park Ford is the Only dealership we will ever do business with and has reaffirmed our trust and belief in Ford. Oh and we think Sommer deserves a raise, or at least flowers. More
