First off, I would like to say when shopping for vehicle with limited knowledge and direction on where to go can raise anxiety. In life I’ve learned moving fast isn’t always the best route to take. With that being said, I’m not big on making split-second decisions especially when I’m thinking about purchasing an vehicle. Here are some of the things I think about, if the vehicle is dependable, does it have a high safety rating, longevity, maintenance, pricing, features and host of other things are taken into consideration. At advantage Chevrolet Shawn Bell was absolutely the best to work with. He answered every question thoroughly, and accurately. He was very patient. He also assisted me with insight as well as learning new things about car buying to ensure I was in a safe reliable vehicle with an exceptional note to meet my needs. From conversing with him over the phone to walking into the dealership. He made the buying process extremely easy! all I had to do was literally come in show my drivers license, proof of insurance, test drive, sign and out the door. I’ve never felt so much relief in my life. It was extremely impressive how well-versed and knowledgeable he was and the time he took out to ensure that all my desires far as features in the vehicle were met, not to mention the complementary refreshments that were provided. It was a very clean establishment might I add. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. Shawn provided TOP TIER service. I went in for one vehicle and left with two. Everything was in writing and explained to me FULLY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND! I DID NOT FEEL pressured like he was just there only to sell a vehicle, I felt great being educated and assured on what excellent features these two vehicles had to offer. There was not any hidden fees. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I would not shop anywhere else. I do not recommend anywhere else to go if you are looking for a great vehicle, excellent price, exceptional service, and treated fairly with respect. I advise everyone to come shop at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins. I have purchased three cars from this dealership in the last 10 years. my friends and family saw what awesome vehicles I have, and of course I was able to provide them with Shawn direct contact information, I highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins and I do not give it five stars. I give it 1 million stars you have a life long loyal customer in me. I highly recommend everyone to see what this dealership has to offer. Did I mention The staff here is amazing even down to the finance department, major shout out to Miss Joslynn Keys, she was very professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, she made me feel like I’ve known her for years! As I sat in her office we were able to chat a bit while paperwork was being finalized. She made the process, very smooth, my anxiety, my anxiousness, all ceased when I met with her. ALSO, I learned while briefly speaking with her she’s been in a car industry over 20 years…… that’s highly impressive. All I can say is “Miss Joslynn Keys will make sure you get those Keys” and Shawn is “Putting Dreams In Driveways” Lol I am extremely satisfied with my purchases and I am forever grateful and honored to be a part of the “Chevrolet Family”.
