Another great experience in the books today. Shawn and Juan worked hard to get me in exactly what I wanted. I went looking for a certified preowned car instead left with a brand new 2026. We went to dealer just to look around and while looking at vehicles Shawn (sales rep) came over and introduced himself and showed us several different vehicles from used to new. Shawn was great explained everything about all the vehicles we looked at. I was nervous about buying I get that way all the time. Sales Director Fabian Murillo was so helpful putting me at ease. We bought a 2026 Chevy Trax. When we got to Dennis the finance director he was great as well with all the paperwork and add ons if we wanted. We took the gap insurance. All in all the experience and professionalism was outstanding. More

Carolina was very polite and helpful. It was a busy Friday before a holiday and my service reflected that. My issue was not successfully resolved and this was my second attempt with the dealership to resolve the issue. I plan to have my car evaluated elsewhere. I do not feel as if my service needs were met. My issue still persists. I paid to have the car inspected and explained the issue only to be told that a gas cap would resolve it and it did not. More
