When we drove up their were two salesmen outside and no one approached us......so we went inside and Joslyn approached us and asked if she could assist us...........first of all, I was testing your salespe one approached us......so we went inside and Joslyn approached us and asked if she could assist us...........first of all, I was testing your salespersons, no i'm not a secret shopper, just dressed like a bum to see if i would be approached with respect. I was by Joslyn!! had cash to pay for car but no man even tried to assist....just smirked. Joslyn was perfect...respectful, humorous, delightful, personable and very knowledgable. She answered my questions before I asked them plus more. Was very impressed with her knowledge...even when I called back with more questions she knew the answers. I would recommend to your other salespersons to "NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER" BUT TO JUMP IN AND TRY TO MAKE A SALE....."IF" it wasn't for Joslynn, I would have walked away, spent my money else, and found somewhere to rate your company as unfriendly and snobbish!!! Joslynn is the reason why i gave the rating I did!!! (This was a CASH Sale) THANK GOD FOR A SALESPERSONS LIKE JOSLYNN!!!! job well done More

I went to this dealership on a recommendation of a friend and the lack of interest of other dealerships. Now I have a bankruptcy and really was fine with the vehicle I already had but needed to get my credit and the lack of interest of other dealerships.
