Dear thomasgabriels70, We certainly understand your frustration but your situation had many extenuating circumstances such as the law requiring a translation form since you did not have a valid Massachusetts license as well as taking in your trade in the same condition as it was when it was evaluated. Then the parts that were required to service your vehicle were on back order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
