I don't feel that they were upfront on website and salesperson didn't inform us of what features the vehicle had or didn't have after we told them from the beginning what features we were wanting. Also I feel they delayed the process it took almost 4hrs after we chose a vehical to sign papers and take possession of it More

The process started at the internet site and went from there; the dealership had several people contact me to discuss the vehicle have gone through.
