All would ask what type of vehicle I was looking for, leave, and never came back. The fifth person who came to me was very rude and asked if I was going to buy that same day or not. His tone and attitude while asking that was the worst! It felt like he was asking if I was just planning on wasting his time. Never going back! One individual who gives you horrible customer service is understandable and can be worked out, but five?! Must have poor management! More

The first car was not what it was suppose to be and had numerous problems not disclosed. The one now is new and not driven by numerous people of which we knew nothing about. All in all extremely happy with Mr. Massad & Josh Cuevas, they are great employees. Really appreciate how we were treated the 19th of Sept. by both of them also Omar in finance. Jumped through hoops to get a second truck (better, with more features) when the first truck he traded for didn’t pan out (slight glitch with options on that one). I highly recommend Kyle (and Elk Grove Dodge) if you’re in the market for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle. I’ll be a repeat customer in the future for sure. Thanks again Kyle! More
