Waited over 24 hours for paperwork on a supposed

Brakes were 2 mil, AdBlue nozzle leaking into exhaust, obviously for a long time clogging exhaust, not covered by warranty purchased cost me $2,500. Poor service, no vehicle maintenance. I wish I had never purchased there.

I just want the Check Engine Light off ands the vehicle to run. I have spent over $3,000 so far and the light is on again.
I'm on my way back to the shop today.
I can't get the 32 hours back that my son lost away from work waiting on paperwork and probably not $3,000 already spent. I want the warranty or someone to cover the next repair so I can use the van.
I did not negoaite price, payment, warranty price or interest rate.
Please just fix the van.
Worst support ever.

He wanted us to mention that it took several steps for the driver of the transport company to receive payment, and he was unable to release the car until that happened. He was dealing with a person he called Sammy.

I was honestly confused at his incompetence. It went beyond unresponsiveness to the point where he was seemingly unable to understand what I was repeatedly requesting (a written price sheet showing all in costs including tax and title, which I needed to get a cashier's check at the bank).
