Jovan Mauras was our sales person and was most helpful every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. Very quick to respond to our questions, sent the information we requested in a timely fashi every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. He wanted us to mention that it took several steps for the driver of the transport company to receive payment, and he was unable to release the car until that happened. Sarah was very helpful, and the car is in good condition at a reasonable price. But it was very frustrating working with Jovan initially. He failed to send information I requested multiple times over the phone, text, and email, which took up a lot my time and meant the day I had set aside to complete the purchase was wasted. I was honestly confused at his incompetence. It went beyond unresponsiveness to the point where he was seemingly unable to understand what I was repeatedly requesting (a written price sheet showing all in costs including tax and title, which I needed to get a cashier's check at the bank). From start to finish the process of buying my car was so easy.
