She communicated clearly, she returned my text messages and emails immediately. I loved that the dealership policy actually makes the mechanical checkout of the vehicle by a third party EASY! The offer to deliver and pick the vehicle up from any shop within 5 miles (and there were enough shops to choose from!) for a mechanical check up is a policy other dealerships should emulate! It took approximately 5 days from my initial view of the car online to the day it was delivered to my home 1000 miles from Houston. Waited over 24 hours for paperwork on a supposed pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles.
