He is as on the phone with me daily from the day I ordered my vehicle until the delivery date. He made sure the car was prepped and detailed. He was so helpful that the transitional trade between my 2021 Tahoe which I bought new, and the 2023 Traverse went so smooth that before I knew it I was heading south in my new 2023 vehicle.
