I had to come in for general service-oil change and tire rotation. I had made an appointment way ahead of time and was there early. The service personnel stated that there was a 2hr wait because there were rotation. I had made an appointment way ahead of time and was there early. The service personnel stated that there was a 2hr wait because there were a lot of walk ins that morning. I didn’t have any transportation so I waited. It took over 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, every time I’ve been at this service center, the cooler for drinks has been empty, there has been no coffee creamer or no coffee. Just very disappointing and not welcoming wait area. More

We own a 2018 outback and have had all the service done at SECOR. I had some concerns with our outback at its last scheduled service and asked to speak to one of the service technicians. Rodney spent a gre at SECOR. I had some concerns with our outback at its last scheduled service and asked to speak to one of the service technicians. Rodney spent a great deal of time with me and listen my concerns. When I picked up the car he made a point to come out and explain everything to me. Clean professional shop, great people, great service. SECOR will service my outback as long as I own it. More

Everything went exactly as promised. I was provided a loaner vehicle, my car was done when they promised, and the bill was less than the initial estimate.
