I made my appointment over the phone. Emails were sent confirming my appointment. I dropped my car of early in the morning, they provided car service with a wonderful driver who delivered me safely to wor confirming my appointment. They picked me back up midday and I was back at the service desk to pay and I was on my way back to work in 30 minutes top! The most efficient car service around. I will never go anywhere else! It took 2 hours to complete the service, I brought it in at 7:30am and they did not rotate my tires but charged me for it. I called them on this and after trying to lie to me finally admitted they did not p at 7:30am and they did not rotate my tires but charged me for it.
