Nevertheless, they treated me hospitably and offered me some well needed water on the scorching day. Q drove me around, listened to my wants, and found the truck that met my needs. Q was not pushy, but she made it clear that she would like to see me get what I wanted. I met her manager, Isaac, who was also very kind and welcoming. My wife and I came back to make a deal. Juan, the finance manager, helped us with insurance, paperwork, and warranty without pressure. We drove home very happy. Q made the whole buying experience make us want to recommend her and Ferman Chevrolet to our friends. More
