2nd time around with Ferman Overall positive experience. I was in the market for a previous owned car and I found one that I liked and at the price I was happy. My salesman was Brandon, he answered my questions quickly and the process was at a comfortable pace. I still need the second set of keys which I still have to go back and have them done. Juan Flores was sincere and it was great to work with him. He was awesome. Great Experience When we walked in we were just looking, the next thing we know Brendan had us hooked up with a beautiful little Chevy Cruze and the next thing we know When we walked in we were just looking, the next thing we know Brendan had us hooked up with a beautiful little Chevy Cruze and the next thing we know we're driving home in a really nice car. I really did not want to give up my wonderful 2002 L300 Saturn but when Brendan showed up the Cruze and I got to drive it - I was really happy. Next thing we know - we're driving new car home and my wonderful "Zelda" was left there to hopefully find another great owner... Truly enjoyable day - thanks to Brendan and Juan for all their help.
