Dealership initially low-balked me by $3000 on trade in offer for a 2015 Mazda3 with under Price on the Kia was more than fair and highly competitive. Dealership initially low-balked me by $3000 on trade in offer for a 2015 Mazda3 with under 20K miles on it loaded with options but they finally did come up $2000 to a price I could live with, especially given the fair price of the Kia I purchased. Fast and Friendly I already knew what used vehicle I was interested in so I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I spoke to Juan and he assured me that it I already knew what used vehicle I was interested in so I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I spoke to Juan and he assured me that it was and that he would "put it aside" for me to test drive. I live in south FW and it was the beginning of rush hour traffic so it took longer than expected to reach the dealership. When I arrived Juan had the keys in his hand and the car was ready for a test drive. When I expressed that I was interested in starting the process of purchasing everything went quickly and smoothly. Which was important especially because it was about 4:30pm and my credit union(which whom I was financing through) closed at 5-5:30pm. They also took my old car as a trade-in with no problem. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and down to earth, not pushy at all. More
