I had gone to another Honda place but they were having trouble getting the vehicle I wanted I. The color and trim. After a week I saw Columbia had something similar and I wanted to go test drive it since I hadn’t even gotten to test drive one. He was so helpful and knew I was coming an hour away! I ended up test driving 2 types of SUV’s and 2 different trims for the pilot. He was so helpful with explaining all the differences of the trims. Purchase was smooth and fair. He even set me up to get my hitch out on the following week. The staff in service was awesome as well. Loved the experience overall. More

Today 02/21/25 was my second time interacting with Juan. He had provided service for me about a two weeks ago, when I needed my tire pressure corrected. He saw then that the B17 service was showing as du He had provided service for me about a two weeks ago, when I needed my tire pressure corrected. He saw then that the B17 service was showing as due soon and without hesitation or even being asked he took the time to provide a printout to advise of what the service would entail. When I came in today he was again very pleasant and inviting as he prepared the information for the service. He is by far the best person I have dealt with at the dealership, in addition to Preston, Service Mgr. and Don, who I was told is no longer there. Thanks Cynthia L. Brown More
