You can tell Tony is dedicated to customer satisfaction and will work to get you a great price. Regis Fanning, the Finance Manager, is a very nice guy and was helpful, even when we changed our minds on some of the extra warranty offers. This is our second purchase from Honda of Columbia, we purchased a Pilot 11 years ago that still runs like a Honda should because of the excellent maintenance it had from their Service Center. You were right Tony, I'm loving my upgrade to the Passport Elite! Just like before, it was a positive, customer-focused experience worth returning for. We actually showed up to Honda of Columbia right after adopting a one-eyed kitten from Pawmetto Lifeline, so the day was already a little chaotic. At that point we realized we might be having one of those adopting a one-eyed kitten from Pawmetto Lifeline, so the day was already a little chaotic. At that point we realized we might be having one of those “let’s just do everything in one day” kind of days. My husband and I originally just planned to look, but after working with Rick Martin, we ended up buying a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander (yes…a Toyota…from Honda 😂). Rick was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely funny — we had several good laughs during the process. My husband happily let me do most of the talking and negotiating while he sat back smiling, probably glad he didn’t have to do it himself. The dealership closed at 6 PM, and we were still signing paperwork after that — and no one rushed us. Regis in finance was incredibly kind and personable and never rushed us while finishing the paperwork, even after closing. Chris, the General Manager, was welcoming and down-to-earth and clearly sets the tone for the dealership. We’d absolutely recommend Rick Martin to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. If we ever buy another vehicle, Rick Martin will be the first person we call. All in all, that day we got a new SUV and a one-eyed kitten — not a bad day. And apparently the best place to buy a Toyota is Honda of Columbia… just make sure Rick Martin is your salesperson. More

We just bought a used Mazda 2025 cx90 from this dealership, as the previous owners had traded it in for a Honda Pilot.
