I had an over all great experience at this dealership. Juan was patient and did not make me feel rushed or pressured on my first visit. We made an appointment a couple days later and Juan left us in the trusting hands of Doc who made everything go very smooth. Ryan Sitter was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I never knew buying a vehicle could be a fun process but Ryan was professional yet himself and had us all laughing. To finish up our experience Doc explained all the features of my new vehicle and sent us out smiling. More

Rough start for sure. Truck I was scheduled to test drive and drove 20 miles to see was taken out of town by the service manager. However your sales team showed genuine concern and we’re apologetic. The convinced me to come back and give them a second chance. They were polite and professional and promised to make it right. I agreed to come back. I am very pleased to say they kept every word they promised. They treated me with respect and fairness and made it right! Now that’s service. It’s all about how you react when something goes wrong. Advantage Chevrolet demonstrated curtesy and professionalism and did what they said the were going to. That called integrity. Well done Advantage…. I’ll be back for my next vehicle! More

Great experience! I found the vehicle of my dreams online and was able to inquiry with the dealership about it. Juan called the next morning and invited me in to look at the truck. I met with Garry on Thursday for a test drive and tradein appraisal and decided to make the purchase on Saturday! The attention and time that both Juan and Gary provided, helped me to make my decision. Ryan was also great with explaining the finance products and offered pieces that met my needs. More
