I bought a car online from a different state. The process was pretty painless and everyone I spoke to and dealt with were wonderful. I had the car shipped to me in CA and it was picked up and del The process was pretty painless and everyone I spoke to and dealt with were wonderful. I had the car shipped to me in CA and it was picked up and delivered the same day. The only bummer is there was a big windshield crack that was not visible in the photos or videos of the car and I checked the pre-pick up photos from the delivery company and it was definitely there before it left the lot. I tried to get it fixed but its too big, has to be replaced and that's $1800. Otherwise very happy with my purchase so far and just wish something could be done about the windshield. More

I could not have made it easier. I bought a wrangler for all cash. Sight unseen. Ricky says it is a clean car and no issues. I get the car and the windshield is cracked. The delivery guy says he noted it when he picked up the car. I email and call. Call Ricky directly and he says he will get back to me. Still waiting and nothing. No disclaimer when I bought it. Not sure how you treat someone that doesn’t haggle on price and pays all cash and then not respond and leave them in the cold. I am not feeling good about this experience at all. More

Finance kept giving out wrong info and tried to strong arm into buying a not needed warranty. Told us it was a done deal for which i inquired. I told them we were not taking delivery unless it was a done deal. Juan said yes, yet the next day called with additional requirements. Thanks D for being honest and truthful. More

I got suckered into a extended warranty type of plan. The man who sold it to me did not know what the certifacation acronym stood for. That fact was not impressive considering the warranty-ish plan contains my roadside assistance and some repairs. However, the initial salesperson was nice and left a good impression. Unfortunately, they did not fix the dangling rear dealership plate, they never texted the key service where I could get a copy made, and the fluid light came on the next day. P.S. Thank goodness I reminded them to put the 2 gallons or so of gas in. Thank you. More
