Although the process initially involved multiple visits, delays, and follow-ups, dealership leadership ultimately stepped in to review the situation and provide a resolution. During our most recent visit, we experienced a long wait at the dealership; however, after bringing it to their attention, the team responded professionally and took corrective action. We were provided with a rental vehicle at no cost, and the vehicle was completed as promised the following day. All four tires were replaced, an alignment was performed, and the full cost of the repair, including installation, was covered. We would like to recognize Key-Onna for going above and beyond to assist us, as well as John Mendonca and Gregg Willard for stepping in and ensuring the issue was resolved properly. While the experience was challenging at first, we appreciate the effort made by management and the team to make things right. More
