Excellent customer service! I really needed a car for my kid in high school and the Sales Manager (Caleb K.) and the salesman (Juan M.) really helped me out. They were patient an I really needed a car for my kid in high school and the Sales Manager (Caleb K.) and the salesman (Juan M.) really helped me out. They were patient and very understanding of what I needed. The rest of the staff at Steve Landers were just as courteous to me even though I was not working with them. Very professional service and sales representatives. I was greeted with a person that was very professional and received immediate assistance, even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Bad I was greeted with a person that was very professional and received immediate assistance, even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Bad weather related. Everything I requested serviced on my Toyota Rave 4 went smoothly. While waiting for service, I had a hot cup of coffee, and to my surprise, I found my favorite doughnut. Which I do not eat very often promise. I also had an opportunity to speak with Juan, concerning a pre-owned Toyota Camry that I have been thinking about purchasing. He was very helpful, brought me a print out of one I was interested in. It was too cold and raining to go out to the lot today. Will follow up with him in nicer weather. More
