They don't wasted my time, their work is first class, and they do their jobs efficiently and effectively. Getting one's car serviced can be a bad ordeal. But these guys are first class, total pros! Dealing with professionals like Juan Mason completely d We just purchased our second new car at Steve Landers Toyota and were very pleased once again. Dealing with professionals like Juan Mason completely dispel any negative notion related to car buying. Juan and I communicated via text and were able to quickly (maybe 30 minutes) reach a mutually agreeable deal. When we arrived at the dealership the following morning, Juan had our new Highlander ready including dealer installed options, all paperwork was ready and we were out the door in less than an hour. Amazing!! We love our new Highlander but I am already looking forward to our next opportunity to work with Juan. More

I drove 4 hours to buy a Tacoma that I’d only seen pictures of and it was just what they said it was. Juan Mason is an extremely nice guy to deal with and he will try his best to make a deal for you. Brian Dameron in finance is a very nice guy to talk numbers with extremely helpful and honest. My next Toyota will be from them. More

Money scam Our visit was for the free first oil change. When we checked in with the service advisor my husband and I were told, NOT asked about an additional ser Our visit was for the free first oil change. When we checked in with the service advisor my husband and I were told, NOT asked about an additional service that was going to be added to our bill. The service that was automatically added to our bill was the 75000 mile maintenance check which ended up just being a scam for the dealership to get almost $50 more money out of your pocket. The service is all about components being inspected that any owner can do themselves so it's just pure profit for the dealership. From purchasing are vehicle to this service experienced our impression of Steve Landers Toyota is that it's a money scam and they do everything they can to get more money out of you whether it's selling their vehicle more than fair market value or scamming you out of money in the service department. I would never recommend this dealership for buying any vehicle or servicing any vehicle. More
