The pickup day was GREAT and I LOVE my new 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XSE. However, the "road" to get to this great day was paved with numerous frustrations. My original salesman left and the dealership did not Hybrid XSE. However, the "road" to get to this great day was paved with numerous frustrations. My original salesman left and the dealership did not have his emails forwarded, so after 2 ignored emails I called him directly and he answered from new job. My new salesperson said he contacted me, but he typed my email address incorrectly and didn't follow-up with a call. Once I straightened that out with the sales manager that same new salesperson called to ask where I was because I was late to an appointment...that was never made!!! If I had not waited 6 weeks for my Vehicle and really wanted it, I would have told them where to put it. Paper signing/financing night was long and alot of being left at a table with no explanations. Thankfully, the Rav4 was well detailed (it REALLY SHINED) on pickup day and my salesman was great at explaining features & setting up my phone. Alls well that ends well. More
