Went in for diagnosis. Was told I needed Rack and Pinion. Told one price then it changed. Asked for written estimate and was told they would email but they never did. Received a call from Maintenance dept the following week and asked them again for estimate but they again did not send. Why would I ever go back to them when I cant trust them to do basic requests and the price went up $400 after the first price was quoted. BTW - Rack and Pinion is fine and my truck only needs pressure lines replaced but again, why would I ever trust Westboro Toyota where I actually bought the truck new to do any maintenance or repairs. More

I was disappointed that the prior time I was there they sold me a prepaid maintenance and the first time I used the program all I needed was a tire rotation. I believe I got scammed on that.
