I booked my appointment over the phone and mentioned that I needed someone to take a look at the front bumper that had come loose. My appointment was on a Saturday and apparently there is no one from the bod I needed someone to take a look at the front bumper that had come loose. My appointment was on a Saturday and apparently there is no one from the body team working. I was not told this over the phone. When I arrived Juan greeted me and took the car. I reminded him of my appointment and that I wanted someone to take a look at the bumper. Once the service was complete, Juan went over the paperwork and I noted that no work was done on the bumper. He said no one from the body team was in on the weekends. Why on 3 separate occasions was I not told that the bumper could not be looked at during my scheduled appointment? If it was a matter of moving my appointment I could have done that ahead of time. While my standard 10K / 1 yr service was satisfactory I was also disappointed to learn that the tire pressure was low when I got the car back. Tires are supposed to be filled to the recommended 35 psi and were all at or below 33 psi. It's not a huge deal. I expect some variation in equipment but it adds to my sub-par experience this time around. More
