Warranty Work not done on time. I was badly treated. The truck was not done on time. A one day job took 2 days. Warranty work is still not done. You have to call them they don’t call you. Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. The second day couldn’t get a response until it was to late to get a rental Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. Recall and oil change I brought my truck in for a recall and had a coupon for a oil change and 17 point inspection also tire rotation I’m sure they changed my oil but not s I brought my truck in for a recall and had a coupon for a oil change and 17 point inspection also tire rotation I’m sure they changed my oil but not sure if they did the inspection and I know for sure they did not rotate my tires because I marked them to see and they were still in the same spot as when I dropped my truck off. Check Engine Light has been erratic over the past 10,000 mil The on-off status of the engine light has been reported prior to the service performance for the past 2-3 services. Because the light has always been off when I got to you for service (one time I went in because I had the light but it went out by the time I got to your dealership) no action was taken. This time THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS AGAIN OUT WHEN I GOT TO YOUR BEALER SHIP but we included it in the service package. Corrective action was expensive. Action taken was effective as improved engine performance is evident but I wonder if more timely action would have reduced the cost by some of it being covered under warranty. Also savings in fuel cost may have resulted. More

Good service and communication. Got me in before scheduled appointment. Kept me informed of issues, and got problems fixed in one day. Wish that someone in service would answer the phone instead of usually having to leave a message, but they do call back. Unhappy that my 2018 F-350 was out of commission for 10 days, but that is more of a reflection on Ford for a faulty fuel pump than it is Corwin. Yes, I could have gotten a loaner, but not one that would pull my trailer. More

Way below expectations So we needed a new seatbelt and we talked to Juan who said he would get it ordered and schedule an appointment. We never heard anything so we called a So we needed a new seatbelt and we talked to Juan who said he would get it ordered and schedule an appointment. We never heard anything so we called and were told Juan would call us back. He never did so this time we complained and it turned out the part never got ordered. He started communicating through email but I believe we still had to contact him to see if the part got there and to schedule something. We got something scheduled but this process took over a month and I was due to have a baby any day. Turned out I had the baby the day before our appointment so we had to reschedule, Juan said he would call us to figure out a time. Things did get crazy with the baby and maybe it was our job to call but we waited awhile, it just would have been nice to get a call to see if we wanted to set something up. Well we did call a few months later and we are told Juan will call us back. Another couple weeks go by and he doesnt. We call and complain and once again that's the only way to get him to talk to us. He also told us they were about to send the part back. I just would think good customer service would mean you call the customer before you did that?? Okay so we get to the appointment and Juan seemed very disorganized and not familiar with his customers. Also I forgot the plastic piece that covers the seatbelt assembly. I just had a baby and I admit that was my fault. But dont you think they would notice it's missing and call me to see if I have it?? When we went to pick up the vehicle Juan said the car and my name didnt even sound familiar but eventually was like oh I remember you. Then we told him about the missing plastic piece I had forgot in the morning and he was kind of rude and said well that's your fault you forgot it and that he was probably gunna charge us extra and all this stuff before even asking the service guys what it take0s to get it on. Luckily it was super quick and easy for them so they didnt charge us. But maybe Juan could have checked to see what he could do before getting all irritated at us. I mean I understand we weren't the easiest customers with the rescheduling and forgetting the piece, so I didnt expect perfection. You know I understand him forgetting to call us back once or whatever but the fact that not any aspect of this could have gotten done if we didnt complain multiple times. I just expected them to be more on top of it and contact us and let us know what was going on. That is what excellent customer service is to me. My boyfriend and I work in a service business so we understand things get busy and slip through the cracks. But after awhile we felt Juan had ZERO communication and ZERO customer service qualities. In the end the job got done correctly and the appointment was timely and they did call me to let me know my vehicle was done. Each time we did complain someone there was helpful and made sure Juan got to us. I just wish they could be that way before we complained. My life is so much busier now it would have been nice to have less to worry about and have them take initiative and be on top of things. Or at the very least just call us back the first time, that honestly would have made all the difference. More
