Great Service Corwin Ford replaced the defective airbags in our Mercury Milan. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Thank you! We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. That is the only reason for four stars. We would have to wait an hour longer than anticipated. Juan went above and beyond to help us with a loaner car and we went to the mall. They did a great job and even tried to get the job done before it got dark out so we could make it home safely. Very impressed! More

You have to call them they don’t call you. Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. The second day couldn’t get a response until it was to late to get a rental Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car.
