I had an appointment for 2:15 PM for my Toyota Tacoma and arrived at 2:00. However, I was not checked in until almost 2:55. The service was for the 30,000 mile checkup. I was told that oil change + tire rotation service will be done in 1 to 1.5 hour. Upon my request to expedite to do it even earlier. After 1.5 hours, they brought the car in to start the service. No respec be done in 1 to 1.5 hour. Upon my request to expedite to do it even earlier. After 1.5 hours, they brought the car in to start the service. No respect for clients time. Same thing happened last time. Sheepishly, service personnel printed out the paper at 45min stamp but actual service was completed by 2 hours. So there is fallacy in record keeping as well. More
