Hi, welcome to my page! I grew up in the car industry, but I officially started in the business in December 2022 while working part-time in college. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2023, I started at Autostar USA as the Marketing Director and later transitioned into my current role as Performance Director, where I oversee operations across all six locations. My focus is on customer service and ensuring every customer has a seamless, top-tier experience at our stores. I’m always looking for ways to improve and go the extra mile to make sure every visit is a great one. Outside of work, you can usually find me on the golf course, out on a hiking trail, or spending time with my dog, Chevy. Had steps installed on my vehicle. First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Com First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Communication was subpar and was only updated after I initially called. Second set of steps took a day and a half to install with no communication the first day until I called and checked on it. I don’t intend to even get my free oil changes done there. Not impressed. Sales did good and Terry in parts was amazing and communicated well. More
