This was my second time in bringing my X3 to this dealership for its service. In comparing the service and communications of Palm Springs to my last BMW dealer, BMW of Fairfax (VA), they are not in t dealership for its service. In comparing the service and communications of Palm Springs to my last BMW dealer, BMW of Fairfax (VA), they are not in the same level. I do not find the staff at Palm Springs as responsive and customer oriented as Fairfax BMW. I have owned BMW's since 1971 and dealt with numerous BMW dealers, and I find PS not at the same level. Maybe, it is because PS is the only dealer in this area and they have the market base. I hope that the overall service experience improves since I am thinking of getting a new BMW in 2024 and do not want to have the same experience if I buy a car from PS BMW. . More
