I scheduled the car for Monday drop off. I received a text message Tuesday that it should be done by Friday. I received no communication after that. I called on Saturday as I was picking som I received a text message Tuesday that it should be done by Friday. I received no communication after that. I called on Saturday as I was picking someone up at the airport. I was told the car was done. I asked why I hadn’t been informed and was told there was a family emergency with someone. I said I would pickup in about 2 hours and they said they would have it ready. Got dropped off and then took about another 45 minutes to get the paperwork together. Got home and one of the shock tower caps had fallen off on the garage floor. It was not reinstalled properly. I have 2 BMW’s that I get serviced there, one of which I bought there. I have to say overall I’m not impressed with the service department or the dealership in general. I don’t see any real sense of urgency to be a customer driven/focused business. More
