My car didn't start due to bad battery, so called to bring in. I was just in for full car check up on March 9. 5 year old Battery health wasn't checked. I was disappointed that had been over looked. I also saw not enough protective cautions taken during this time of the virus. Commercial for Toyota shows drop off car, no contact visits. Not true. I had to go into office, with other people in close quarters, no masks, and waiting room. 2 people in there ..no masks. I went outside to wait. Also, my car steering wheel was wiped down when I arrived, but when man who brought my car out, no. I was left to get in car after people were in there, unsanitized. More

My Sequoia I was very disappointed in the diagnostic that the service person told me. All this time bringing my Sequoia in for service now all at once all of the I was very disappointed in the diagnostic that the service person told me. All this time bringing my Sequoia in for service now all at once all of these issues. Toyota is putting lengthly time on repairs that is not true! It doesn't make sense that the closest dealer that has a Serpentine belt is in Indiana! Billions of dollars and Toyota won't stock them because there isn't a demand. Now the customer has to wait a day and leave my truck while they go fetch a belt, I don't think so. Not even able to offer me another Sequoia until mind is repaired. To high with repair cost! I am considering going back to my mechanic to do my repairs. The service person giving me the wrong cost for my repairs! More than not I come in for one thing and its always all these other things need repair. Sounds very suspect to me. A hour and 30 minutes for replacing a belt? No! Way! The customer should only be charged for the time needed not the preset time! My service with Toyota is coming to a end! More

Great service Great people #1 AAAAA++ Brought my 2015 4Runner in for service Friday, as I pulled in met the new service manager Juan Vazquez young man that has much knowledge very personab Brought my 2015 4Runner in for service Friday, as I pulled in met the new service manager Juan Vazquez young man that has much knowledge very personable, nice to see a young man that knows how to treat longtime customers, then into service office where Frank Nash was the service writer another asset to Oaklawn toyotas team of professionals, then noticed all the young technicians, some new faces after talking to them about my vehicle they definitely have the advanced knowledge needed in the era of computer controlled vehicle problems! My vehicle was serviced, on time and completed expeditiously, again in the competitive world of vehicle service they stand above the crowd. If you proper, honest service Oaklawn Toyota proves why they are still around and ready to sell and after the sale take care of your vehicle, the best! Also talked to my salesman Bob Spee and Mark Girlich another part if the team who we will be dealing with soon to buy another new long lasting Toyota! More
