We went to several dealerships in the several weeks we search for a car. And some dealerships were not engaging, they were rushing us through the process. So we were not happy but , We were very pleased search for a car. And some dealerships were not engaging, they were rushing us through the process. So we were not happy but , We were very pleased with the staff at Fette in Clifton.. their service was impeccable and they were friendly and they took time with us. But, what we really was impressed with was the time they took to explain the financial picture and gave us a breakdown that we understood. Which helped us make the best choice. This is a great dealership! My salesperson, Zach Heinz, was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase process, answered every one of my phone calls and got back to me with answ was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase process, answered every one of my phone calls and got back to me with answers to all of my questions. Zach made me feel like I was the only customer he was dealing with despite the fact that he was juggling many other deals at the same time. Whenever Zach didn’t have the answer to the question or needed authority to revise the deal, he didn’t hesitate to put me in touch with his managers, Juan Villegas and Dan Pego, who were both great to deal with and treated me with the utmost respect. Lastly, Paul Batista in the Documentation Department was instrumental in helping me understand the warranty that was included with my purchase and explain the benefits of purchasing an extended warranty. He made the documentation phase of closing the deal move quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a family run business that obviously treats its employees well and incentivizes them to provide excellent customer services in a friendly and professional manner. More
