Terrible experience from a dealership that operates nothing like what you'd expect from the BMW brand. After leasing my vehicle, I canceled a protection plan well within the 30-day window and was told nothing like what you'd expect from the BMW brand. After leasing my vehicle, I canceled a protection plan well within the 30-day window and was told I’d receive a “full refund.” Now I’m being told tax and finance charges won’t be refunded, even though the amount was rolled into the lease—not handled as a separate item. No explanation, just silence. I’ve sent over ten emails to both the finance department and the general manager, with almost no real response—just a few vague, one-line replies that don’t answer any of my questions. Phone calls go unanswered too. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to pay off my trade-in, during which I had to make another payment and was charged more tax and APR on a vehicle they already sold. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received registration paperwork or permanent plates—just a temp tag with no supporting documents. When I picked up the vehicle, it was only half charged—I had to stop to recharge on the way home. That might seem minor, but it reflects the overall carelessness and lack of professionalism. I leased another BMW from a different dealership two weeks later, and the experience there couldn’t have been more different—organized, responsive, and transparent. This dealership's follow-through and business practices raise serious concerns. More

Not sure how to start this review but I did end up purchasing the vehicle knowing that the carfax stated that it was in a minor accident and that it was towed, Juan(JT) did say it was minor and nothin purchasing the vehicle knowing that the carfax stated that it was in a minor accident and that it was towed, Juan(JT) did say it was minor and nothing to worry about because the car was inspected and everything passed inspection, when I seen the inspection report it did say there were a few issues, I asked JT if everything on the report was fixed or replaced he assured me that they were even though I stated that the door handles that were replaced were not painted and a panel was missing from the car, when I stated that he had no comment. When I drove off after purchasing I tried to get the navigation to work, is was non operational, even though the inspection report said it was working. I ended up driving back home which was about 350miles because the dealership was closed and the car was under factory warranty so I just told myself that I could go to a local dealership to get it fixed. The next day I get a phone call from JT saying that he left 5 sets of keys in the car and that I need to come back ASAP to return them, knowing that I live 350 miles a way. I came back and asked about the navigation, they just told me to reset it, when I get back home I come to realize that ID6 EVO is not able to be reset, so that didn't fix the issue. When I look under the car I see the car wasn't in a minor accident as the carfax stated, there was a lot of undercarriage damage, bent braces, missing bolts and broken clips, some outer panels were being held on by random screws that I found hidden. The Rex engine was misfiring and leaking oil throwing a check engine light. I could've returned the vehicle but I drove over the mileage just to get home. I'm just saddened that I felt ripped off that none of this under carriage info was stated on the inspection report. I can expect this behavior from a small no name dealership but not a reputable BMW dealership. More
