The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they made me feel like a part of a family. I was not pushed to purchase anything only the negotiated car price , processing fee $599 and $10 tax. He also was mad since he told me he lost money selling me the truck. I had to get into shutting match with him until he got my scratches' taken care of. I have never been treated this bad at any dealership. His other floor manager was following me around the showroom while he was trying to get into fight with me, he also called me some name as well.
