They diagnosed a very difficult catalytic converter and computer issue, and are waiting for Volvo factory to send him a refresh for our onboard computers, so we won't get that pesky check engine light in the future. From start to finish, A-Z this service experience was second to none for our 2019 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD SUV. This service was so outstanding, that our next Volvo will be purchased through Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. BTW, Jud also coordinated with Volvo the factory and the towing company the two hour plus tow each way. Jud is definitely our go to guy for all of our Volvo service! More

Jr. Alvarez and his sales manager Cory were wonderful to work with, and they worked hard to get my monthly payment down to where I wanted it to be. Drew in finance did a great job of explaining everything as I was signing my loan paperwork. I was given a great trade-in for my prior vehicle, as well as a bumper to bumper warranty and theft protection on my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! Jud in service is also a pleasure to deal with. More

We now will only ever take our vehicles to Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale with Jud White. Jud provides outstanding and honest customer service. He is knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.
