I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Jud was great at taking care of basic maintenance but more importantly he took care of unscheduled work that needed to be taken care of on my S60. Tire installation and software update I brought two vehicles in for service. My 2006 V50 Wagon as well as m husband's 2020 EX 40. Jud an his team had the work done in a prompt manner and o I brought two vehicles in for service. My 2006 V50 Wagon as well as m husband's 2020 EX 40. Jud an his team had the work done in a prompt manner and our vehicles ready in short order. We have followed Jud White from three different Volvo dealerships in the past 20 years or so, an he always does a great job! I can’t say enough good things about my recent XC90 service visit. Jud went above and beyond to make sure every need we had was met like he always does. That included service we we were scheduled for, service visit. Jud went above and beyond to make sure every need we had was met like he always does. That included service we we were scheduled for, but also things we didn’t know until we came in. He’s the best and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to service our Volvo. Excellent service on busy Saturday. They finished earlier than estimates and Volvo looked great after washing which I know put a smile on my daughter’s face.
