My lovely bride of 37 years and I have recently relocated to the beautiful mountains of North GA, after having been born and raised in FL. We knew that we'd need to replace our 2016 Toyota RAV4 FWD with an to the beautiful mountains of North GA, after having been born and raised in FL. We knew that we'd need to replace our 2016 Toyota RAV4 FWD with an AWD vehicle due to the snow/ice and elevation. We've been "shopping/comparing" both the Subaru Outback as well as the Honda CRV, receiving "best and final" offers from a number of dealerships throughout GA, as we were willing to travel a bit for the best deal. We received immediate and ongoing correspondence from Bob Shiver, a product specialist/sales representative at Troncalli Subaru in Cumming, GA. Bob even kindly followed up with us late one Sunday evening, following which we coordinated our visit to the dealership the following day to process the paperwork and pick up our new 2021 Subaru Outback. Over the course of the 37 years that we've been married we have purchased a number of vehicles, primarily Toyota and Honda. During the course of all these transactions (6), we've never received such exceptional and personal customer service as we did with Bob, as well as that of his associates. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process, from start to finish, to include both price, quality and customer service. Just as importantly, Coleen and I feel like we've become proud members of the Subaru family, which we expect to remain for the remainder of our lives. We'd highly recommend this Subaru dealership as a first choice for anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle, as they also gave us top dollar for the Toyota RAV4 that we traded in. Troncalli Subaru was the first stop on my and my husband’s car-buying “decision day,” and our experience here set the bar high. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and addressed every single one of our concerns regarding safety for our family and price. We felt like Bob and the other staff members truly were trying their absolute best to provide us with a car that fit our family’s needs. We went to several other dealerships that day, but not one of them seemed as knowledgeable or as enthusiastic about their cars. Our decision was made at 4pm when I declared to my husband that I didn’t care which car I bought as long as Bob sold it to me. We drove back and purchased a 2019 Subaru Forrester. I brag not only about our perfect, new car, I also brag about the staff that ended up feeling like family. I’d go back 100 times to purchase from Troncalli Subaru! More

Charlie really worked to get our business, offering us an excellent deal on a 2019 Outback. Charlie patiently kept in contact as we did our comparison shopping (looking at other vehicles and talking to other details). He was regularly in touch, but never pushy or too aggressive (unlike another dealership where 5 different people called me in just 2 days!). I appreciated that he called and spoke to me on the phone (again, this contrasted positively with a dealership where the younger sales person only used text and email). When we finally decided to go with the Outback, Charlie worked to get us the price we wanted. And when I forgot some minor accessories we needed (trunk floor mat and cover), he got them added to the deal at minimal cost. Everyone else we met at Troncalli (especially Brett, who handled our test drives when we were - initially - looking at used models, and Judson, the business manager) was very friendly and helpful and very down-to-earth. We highly recommend the Subaru dealership there. We live about 45 minutes away, but it was worth the drive. More

Everyone I dealt with, from GM Mike Barlow to Judson Attaway and Alexander Tharpe in Finance, as well my Sales Associate James Kesler, made the whole experience a smooth and pleasant one. Due to my work schedule, most of the deal was handled by phone, and they were very accommodating in arranging the delivery. I consulted with several dealers before making my decision. Of everyone I worked with, James was the best at remembering my requirements and taking care to address them. With other dealers, I felt like I had to re-state everything each time we spoke - very frustrating. Thanks to the whole team at Troncalli Subaru for a great buying experience! More
