Oil change took a little more than 2 hours. This was a little frustrating. Also, I had to reset my dashboard displays and my HUD. It was an oil change not a software update. Previously, I had great experiences at this service department with this service representative. My recent experience was awful. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. She recommended a department with this service representative. My recent experience was awful. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. She recommended an alignment. We spent over 5 hours in the shop waiting. We were told "twenty more minutes" several times by Judy. We paid for our service, only to be told an hour later it could not be done because it was broken and had to return next week. My car broke down on the way home and had to be towed, due to things that supposedly passed on inspection. I am never returning. More
