They took my car out of the garage, and I thought they would have changed it by then because I said it was a long time and I had to leave. The lady went to get me the key. When I was at the light, I saw that they hadn't changed the oil yet, so I called, and this lady answered. When I complained, she told me I had left earlier, otherwise I should have apologized. Now tell me, wasn't that too long? That place is disgusting.
