Very poor communications from Matt. You had my car for 11 business days, and he didn't call with progress as he promised. I had to keep leaving messages. When we picked the car up he wasn't there even though he said he would be (4pm, Tuesday). No one told us where the car was parked (it was across the road) and it was the DIRTIEST car I have ever seen!! We had to brush the grime/dust off the windows in order to drive it home. He also promised us a 5% discount since we had also had you replace the clutch recently, but when the service advisor from whom we picked up the car texted him, he didn't remember. But the advisor did give us the discount. More
