Very attentive and thorough! I had been looking online for a new truck for several months at different dealerships. Machens had the one I wanted, I spoke with Judy and Tom they came up with a great deal met all my wants and needs. They were very thorough in the process. Matt was also very thorough through the financing process and helped me decide to go with the extended warranty. I’ve always had my Fords serviced there Josh Hussey on the Machens Dealership side has always been honest and upfront and helpful, Angie over in Quick Lane has been exceptional and accommodating to work with as well. More

Crappy The dealership didn’t want to loan me a vehicle while mine was being looked at. The lady at the window was very crabby and didn’t make me feel like sh The dealership didn’t want to loan me a vehicle while mine was being looked at. The lady at the window was very crabby and didn’t make me feel like she wanted to help me. When I returned the loaned vehicle, I was told it had a large scratch on the passenger door when I know it did not happen while I had it. I explained twice that the car was parked in my garage and no one was near it until I returned it to the dealership. I then ended up getting very upset with the girl that called and told her I was not going to pay for something that didn’t happen while I had it. After my horrible experience, nothing was figured out with my own car. More
