Very NICE. Our vehicle was at the Columbia Dealership, so they picked it up and we had our NEW Escape the following day at 2:00, already to go. Another thing that we like about Judy is that we see her not only at the dealership but also out-and-about. We talk about other things than cars, she remembers us and she is a delightful friend. The asking price for the new vehicle was very close to what I expected to have to pay and the trade in value for my car was a little higher than I had expected.
