I was blown away by the speed and efficiency of the operation. I turned up on a Monday with a view to a test drive and if I liked the car I’d get the ball rolling for the following day, I had a tight s operation. I turned up on a Monday with a view to a test drive and if I liked the car I’d get the ball rolling for the following day, I had a tight schedule that needed me across the city in about 2 hours … so that was the plan. 2 hours later my happy smiling face was behind the wheel of the GX 460 I came to test drive. My old truck traded, monies exchanged, titles signed, an ‘end to end’ Lexus warranty bought (that cost me less than I thought possible) and a full tank of gas. The whole experience from start to finish was relaxed, friendly and welcoming. In the past my car buying experiences had been adversarial and a fight for every last penny, here Lexus really wanted to work with me. I knew what I was paying right from the start, the only surprise was the warranty price and that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you! More
