Great experience, no pressure at all! Car shopping can be such a stressful event, but Mike Gonzales made our experience so easy and non-stressful. I found the car I wanted, but I wasn’t ready to purchase it yet because my husband was out of town and I wanted him to look at the car and make sure we were getting a good deal. Mike assured me that he would not sale the car until he heard back from me which I was so grateful for and 3 days later we purchased our car and we never felt pressured. From the time I found the car I liked to driving it out of the lot, Mike exhibited his professionalism and made the entire process seamless. Westside Lexus really does know how to treat their customers fairly and with respect. More
