Credit Card service charge, Really! In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to pass along to the valued customers the cost of using a credit card. This is the cost of doing business. It isn't like you haven't already bumped up your service rates to keep up with inflation. Also, My MX-5 with only 14000 miles on it now has experienced a failure of the sensor in the washer fluid container. The cost? Over $200.00 to replace a $20,00 part that has a history of failure. You presented no offer to replace it free or even a discount. Not good service.. Hence 4 stars. More

Vehicle was brought in for a very specific service issue. Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. I received a update within 2 hours which completely ignored the Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. I received a update within 2 hours which completely ignored the very specific service instructions. Now the vehicle will have to be returned for the same service concern wasting customer time..
