From the moment we stepped into the dealership we were well cared for. We had a bad experience earlier at a different dealership. Victor was excellent and knowledgeable about what was available. He also listened intently to what we were looking for. Eddie in finance also explained everything in detail and counseled us on products available that would help us. They are a 10 out of 10!!!!!! Initial contact through autotrader. Kasey responded with options. We corresponded for a couple weeks with a weekend follow up by Julia. We set up a time to meet. Dave greeted us and Kasey responded with options. We corresponded for a couple weeks with a weekend follow up by Julia. We set up a time to meet. Dave greeted us and helped zero in on what we needed. Soon he offered a vehicle that nailed our needs. After a test drive and car review, I asked for tire replacement, Dave checked it out, yes! Reasonable offer on our trade in. Paperwork details went smoothly. A week later we came back, settled the details and we're off on our new adventure! Great team efforts all around at Colonial. Nice work by all. As least painful as a traditional car buying experience can be! From initial internet department to sales handoff to final negotiations with management, all communications were timely, professional and not can be! They also went above and beyond to meet my timing needs, which included sending a runner to my work to sign paperwork as well as runners for an out of state registration.
